Ensure Dark Mode Works with Storage and Inventory Mods

Compatible Storage Mods

Ultra Darkmode includes dark-themed interfaces for popular storage mods. These should automatically apply when you open storage containers:

Refined Storage — all storage blocks and terminals
Storage Drawers — drawer interfaces
Sophisticated Backpacks — backpack GUIs
Just Enough Items (JEI) — recipe browser and search

If these don't appear dark, verify the pack is active and positioned above conflicting packs.

Troubleshoot Missing Dark Themes

If a storage mod's interface still looks bright:

1. Check that Ultra Darkmode is active in Resource Packs

2. Move it higher in the pack order

3. Close and reopen the storage interface

4. Restart Minecraft if changes don't apply

For mods not listed in Ultra Darkmode's coverage (newer mods or less common ones), the default Minecraft dark theme will apply, but custom mod interfaces may retain their original colors. The pack prioritizes the most widely-used storage and inventory mods to ensure consistent dark styling across your most-used screens.
