Enable Dark Mode for Your Entire Game

Install and Activate the Pack

Ultra Darkmode Resource Pack works like any standard Minecraft resource pack. Once installed, you need to activate it in your game settings to see the dark theme applied across all menus.

1. Open Minecraft and go to Settings → Resource Packs

2. Look for Ultra Darkmode in your available packs list

3. Click the arrow to move it into the Active section on the right

4. Make sure it's positioned above any conflicting packs

5. Return to the main menu — the dark theme should now be visible

Adjust Pack Priority

If you use multiple resource packs, the order matters. Ultra Darkmode works best when positioned above packs that modify menus, but below packs that change block or item textures (if you want to keep those textures).

You can reorder packs by dragging them in the Resource Packs menu. If some menus still appear bright, move Ultra Darkmode higher in the list to ensure it overrides other packs.

Once activated, all your inventory screens, crafting tables, chests, and modded machine interfaces will immediately display the dark theme.
