How to Use TweakerMore's Tooltip Tweaks to See More Item Info
Tooltips are one of TweakerMore's most-used areas because vanilla tooltips hide a lot of information. These tweaks are client-side only, so they work on any server without getting you flagged.
Enabling tooltip enhancements
1. Open the config with K + C or through Mod Menu.
2. Navigate to the tooltip category and enable the master tooltip toggle if one exists.
3. Turn on the individual behaviors you want. Common ones include showing extra item details, keeping the tooltip from being cut off at screen edges, and adjusting how tooltips wrap when they get long.
4. Some tooltip options let you choose between compact and expanded display styles. Pick whichever reads better for you and test by hovering an item in your inventory.
Combining with other mods
TweakerMore is designed to coexist with mods like Item Scroller and MiniHUD, which also touch inventory and HUD rendering. If tooltips look duplicated or misaligned, disable the overlapping option in one of the mods rather than both. If you use a shader or Optifine-style renderer, some tooltip background tweaks may render differently; toggle them one at a time to isolate the cause. Remember every change is opt-in, so you can revert any single tooltip behavior without touching the rest of your setup.
