Finding Tumbleweeds

Tumbleweeds spawn naturally in desert and badlands biomes as they roll across the sand. They're most visible during the day when you can see them moving across open terrain. Look for animated plants drifting across flat sandy areas—they won't stay in one place for long.

Gathering Drops

As tumbleweeds roll, they automatically drop items along their path. You don't need to break them or interact with them—simply follow the tumbleweed and collect the items it leaves behind. The drops appear as the plant moves, so staying near active tumbleweeds ensures you catch all available loot.

Maximizing Your Harvest

Visit your desert or badlands biome during daytime when visibility is best. Explore open, flat areas where tumbleweeds have room to roll freely. If you're not seeing many tumbleweeds, check your spawn settings using the admin menu—you may need to adjust spawn limits to increase their frequency in your world.
