Repair and Upgrade Modular Armor Over Time
Checking Durability
Modular armor degrades like standard Minecraft armor. Monitor your armor's durability bar in your inventory. When durability is low, return to the Modular Workbench to repair or upgrade.
Repairing Existing Modules
Place damaged armor into the workbench. You can repair individual modules by providing the appropriate crafting materials (the same materials used in the original module). This restores durability without losing your customization.
Upgrading to Better Modules
As you progress and gather better materials, you can replace weaker modules with stronger ones. Remove the old module from its slot and install a new, more powerful alternative. Your armor evolves alongside your progression.
Swapping Modules for Different Situations
If you have multiple module options crafted, you can swap them between armor pieces at the workbench. This lets you adapt your gear for specific challenges—switch to fire-resistant modules before visiting the Nether, then revert to your standard setup afterward.
Preserving Your Setup
Keep extra modules in storage so you can quickly reconfigure armor without waiting for new crafts.
