Adjust Brightness and Color Saturation
Access Shader Settings
Open the Shader Options menu while in-game. This is typically found in Video Settings > Shaders > Shader Options, or by pressing a designated hotkey (often accessed through the pause menu).
Customize Lighting Intensity
Look for brightness or exposure sliders. TrueLightFX Lite provides controls to dial down the vibrant colors if they feel too intense, or boost them further if your world feels dim. Adjust the saturation slider to find a balance between the cheerful vanilla-plus aesthetic and your personal preference.
Fine-Tune Sunlight Direction
The shader includes options to control how sunlight interacts with blocks. You can modify the angle and intensity of directional lighting to make your builds cast shadows at different angles, which is useful for photography or creating specific moods.
Apply and Test
Save your changes and walk around your world to see how different times of day and block types respond to your new settings. Caves and indoor areas will reflect your brightness adjustments most noticeably. Experiment in different biomes to ensure the look works across varied terrain.
