Getting Started with Tricked Shaders

Installation and Basic Use

Triked Shaders is a lighting overhaul that enhances your world's appearance without demanding high-end hardware. Once installed, the shader automatically activates and transforms how light behaves in your game.

The mod adds colored lighting from blocks and light sources, casting realistic shadows on terrain and structures. This gives your buildings, trees, and landscape noticeably more depth and dimension.

Brightness is reduced overall to create a calmer visual experience that's easier on your eyes during long play sessions. Despite these visual improvements, the shader maintains smooth performance on low to medium computers without framerate drops.

The vanilla aesthetic remains intact—Tricked Shaders enhances rather than replaces Minecraft's classic look, making it ideal if you want better graphics without dramatic style changes.
