How to Combine the Transparent GUI Pack With Other Resource Packs
Why Load Order Matters
A resource pack only overrides the files it contains. This pack replaces GUI and HUD textures, so if another pack also changes the hotbar, inventory, or hearts, only the one loaded higher in the list takes effect for those files. Getting the order wrong is the most common reason players see a half-transparent, half-solid interface.
Setting the Order
1. Go to Options, then Resource Packs.
2. In the Selected list on the right, place the
Transparent GUI and HUD Ultimate pack at the top if you want its
transparent interface to override everything else.
3. Place it lower if you prefer another pack's GUI but still want this pack's HUD elements, though be aware most GUI packs cover both, so overlap is likely.
4. Move packs with the arrow buttons and confirm the change applies without a restart.
5. Test by opening your inventory and a chest. If some panels are solid and others clear, two packs are still conflicting on those files, so reorder until the look is consistent.
Combining With Texture Packs
Item and block texture packs generally do not touch GUI files, so they coexist fine. Only packs that explicitly restyle menus, buttons, or the HUD will clash with this one.
