How the Trample Stopper Mod Works

Normally, jumping or falling onto farmland turns it back into dirt, destroying your crops. The Trample Stopper Mod prevents this. With the mod installed, farmland stays tilled when players or mobs step on it, so you can walk across your farms freely without ruining planted soil.

The mod includes a settings menu with two modes. In the default mode, protection is always on, and farmland is never trampled. Alternatively, you can set protection to work only when you wear boots enchanted with Feather Falling. In that mode, stepping on farmland without the enchantment still breaks it as usual.

This makes the mod useful both for players who want complete protection and for those who prefer a more survival-style rule where the enchantment matters. Chickens and other mobs are also covered by the protection, so animals wandering onto your plots won't undo your work.
