Set Up Your First Farm
Locating the Farm Area
The map includes a pre-built farm plot positioned near the main house. Walk around the perimeter of the garden to find the tilled soil and water channels. This area is ready for planting immediately.
Planting and Growing Crops
Gather seeds from tall grass in the surrounding garden and natural areas, or break existing crops if any are already planted. Open your inventory and place seeds directly onto the tilled farmland. Water is already channeled through the farm area, so your crops will grow at normal speed.
Common crops to plant include wheat, carrots, potatoes, and beetroot. Plant a variety to ensure you have diverse food sources. Check your crops periodically—they progress through growth stages before becoming harvestable.
Expanding Your Farm
If you need more growing space, use a hoe on nearby grass blocks to create additional tilled soil. Dig channels or place water blocks to hydrate new sections. The flat terrain around the farm makes expansion straightforward. Consider planting different crops in organized rows to make harvesting easier and your farm more visually appealing.
