How to Move and Reposition the TPS HUD on Your Screen

Opening the HUD Editor

Most builds of the TPS HUD Mod let you drag the readout wherever you want instead of forcing it into a corner. Open your mod list or the mod's config screen (usually reachable from the Mods button on the main menu or via a keybind you assigned). Look for an option labeled something like "Edit Position," "Move HUD," or a small pencil/arrow icon next to the display toggle. Clicking it puts the HUD into a movable state where you can click and drag it.

Dragging and Locking It in Place

Once the HUD is movable, click and hold on the TPS text itself and drag it to your preferred spot — many players park it in a top corner so it does not cover the hotbar, health, or hunger bars. Release to drop it. If the mod offers a snap-to-edge or alignment grid, use it so the readout lines up neatly with your other HUD elements. When you are happy, exit the editor or press the confirm key to lock the position. If you ever want to start over, look for a "Reset Position" button in the same config screen. Note that some versions store position per-world or per-server, so you may need to repeat this on a different server.

Checking It Stuck

Rejoin or reload and confirm the HUD appears where you left it. If it snapped back, your config may not be saving — make sure you closed the screen with the confirm button rather than pressing Escape.
