Place several tools of the same type (or different types) in your inventory or on the ground where you can see them clearly.

View Each Tool's Tooltip

Hover over each tool one at a time to display its lore. Write down or mentally note the key statistics—damage, efficiency, durability, and any other enabled metrics.
