Customize Gun Audio in Your Game

Understand the Audio System

Too Many Guns replaces bow sound effects with realistic firearm audio. These sounds are stored in the resource pack's sound files and play whenever you draw and fire a weapon.

Access Sound Files

Navigate to the resource pack folder and locate the sounds directory. Find the bow-related sound files—these have been replaced with gun audio.

Replace or Modify Sounds

1. Identify which sound files correspond to draw, fire, and hit sounds

2. You can replace these .ogg files with your own audio files (keep the same format and filename)

3. Ensure your custom audio files are in OGG format for compatibility

Test Your Changes

Reload the resource pack in-game or restart Minecraft. Fire your weapons to verify the new audio plays correctly.

Revert if Needed

If custom sounds don't work, restore the original files from a backup or reinstall the pack.
