Make Decorative Brick Blocks from Polished Variants
Prepare Polished Blocks
First, create polished versions of your chosen stone type. You can use polished granite, polished andesite, polished diorite, or polished limestone blocks.
Craft Brick Blocks
Arrange 4 polished blocks of the same type in a 2×2 pattern on your crafting table. This produces 4 brick blocks matching that stone variant.
Design Considerations
Brick blocks offer a textured, patterned appearance that breaks up large flat surfaces. They're ideal for:
- Accent walls and borders
- Roofing details
- Decorative bands in masonry work
- Creating visual interest in monochromatic builds
Mixing Variants
Combine different brick types (granite brick, andesite brick, diorite brick, limestone brick) in the same structure for complex, layered designs. Alternating brick patterns can create striking geometric effects on walls and floors.
