Choosing Your Location

Decide whether you want a modern or traditional aesthetic. Modern players should claim an empty high-rise or build on a rooftop overlooking the skyline. Traditional players can settle near the shrine areas or in one of the quieter residential neighborhoods with existing Japanese architecture.

Claiming and Customizing Space

If a building is already furnished, you can work around existing décor or clear it out to start fresh. The map's pre-built interiors are detailed but leave room for personal touches. Add your own furniture, storage, and decorations to make the space feel lived-in.

Connecting to the City

Set up a base near the subway station if you want easy access to all districts. Alternatively, claim a shrine or traditional house for a more isolated, peaceful roleplay experience. Consider your character's profession—a merchant might base themselves near the theater or stadium, while a monk fits the onsen area better.
