Play Multiplayer on Local Networks
Setting Up LAN Play
TLauncher supports local multiplayer through LAN (Local Area Network) connections. Launch your world in single-player mode, then open the game menu and select "Open to LAN."
Configure your LAN settings—choose whether to allow cheats and set the game mode (Survival or Creative). The launcher will display a port number that other players on your network need to connect to.
Connecting Other Players
Other players on your network can join by opening their multiplayer menu and selecting "Direct Connection." They'll enter your computer's IP address and the port number you received when opening to LAN.
Ensure all players are on the same network (same WiFi or connected via Ethernet). Firewall settings may block connections, so check your Windows firewall if players can't join.
LAN play works best for small groups. For larger multiplayer sessions or playing with distant friends, consider setting up a dedicated server instead.
