Install and Configure Mods in TLauncher
Adding Mods to Your Instance
TLauncher allows you to install mods for different Minecraft versions. Navigate to your instance folder and locate the mods directory. If it doesn't exist, create one in your game directory.
Download mod files (typically .jar files) from trusted sources and place them directly into the mods folder. Restart TLauncher and launch your instance—the mods will load automatically.
Managing Mod Conflicts
If your game crashes after adding mods, check that all mods are compatible with your Minecraft version. Remove mods one at a time to identify the problematic one.
Some mods require additional libraries or dependencies. Check each mod's documentation to see if it needs Forge, Fabric, or other mod loaders installed first. TLauncher supports multiple mod loaders, so verify your instance is configured for the correct one before adding mods.
Keep backups of your world before testing new mods, as incompatible mods can corrupt saves.
