What the Tiny Skeletons Mod Adds

This mod introduces miniature versions of Minecraft's skeleton variants: baby Skeletons, baby Strays, and baby Wither Skeletons. Each is modeled after its adult counterpart but behaves differently in combat.

Baby Skeletons spawn under the same conditions as normal skeletons, though far less often. They are quick and capable fighters, using bows at range and switching to wooden swords when a target gets close.

Baby Strays attack by throwing snowballs rather than firing arrows.

Baby Wither Skeletons are evasive. Instead of fighting head-on, they try to flee so you cannot take the skulls they drop on death.

Tips for Players

Expect these smaller mobs to be faster and more aggressive than their size suggests. Closing distance on a baby Skeleton forces it into melee, while baby Strays keep their ranged pressure with snowballs. If you want a baby Wither Skeleton's skull, you will need to corner it before it escapes.
