Maintaining Your Lily Pad Setup

1. Build your lily pad farm or decoration as you normally would

2. Travel by boat through or near your arrangement without fear of destruction

3. Observe that lily pads remain in place after your boat passes through

4. Continue harvesting or maintaining your lily pads using traditional methods (breaking by hand, using tools, etc.)

Why This Matters

Boats are one of the most common ways players navigate water-heavy areas. Previously, accidental boat collisions could destroy hours of decorative work or disrupt carefully planned lily pad layouts. With this mod, your intentional designs are protected from incidental boat traffic.

You can still break lily pads manually whenever you choose — the mod only prevents automatic destruction from boat contact. This gives you full control over when and where lily pads are removed from your world.
