Setting Up Auto Totem

Auto Totem automatically places a Totem of Undying in your hand before fatal damage occurs, preventing death. Open the client menu with Right Shift and locate the Auto Totem option in the combat features section. Enable it.

Important: You must have a Totem of Undying in your inventory for this feature to work. The mod will not create totems—it only swaps them into your hand automatically.

How It Works in Combat

When your health drops to a critical threshold, Auto Totem instantly moves a totem from your inventory to your hand and triggers it. This happens faster than manual swapping, giving you a survival advantage during fights.

Combine Auto Totem with Fast Gear Swap to quickly switch to combat gear after the totem activates. Keep multiple totems in your inventory for repeated protection during extended battles. The feature works in any combat scenario where you'd normally die from damage.
