Third Person Shooting: Zero Mod Guide
Making TAC Guns Work in Third Person
The Third Person Shooting: Zero Mod is a compatibility patch that fixes how guns from the TAC mod behave when you play in third-person view with the Shoulder Surfing mod. Without it, aiming and shooting in shoulder view can feel awkward because the camera and weapon don't cooperate properly.
This mod registers TAC guns as adaptive items while you aim. In practice, that means the game treats your gun specially during aiming so the camera and weapon stay in sync. Aiming down sights zooms the camera in third-person, giving you a proper over-the-shoulder aiming experience instead of a broken or static view. Recoil also behaves correctly in shoulder view, so shots kick the way they should rather than feeling disconnected from the camera.
It supports both major versions of Shoulder Surfing, so you don't need to worry about which one you run. Install it alongside TAC and Shoulder Surfing, and third-person gunplay should feel smooth and responsive.
