Level 0 is designed as your introduction to the Backrooms. The rooms are simpler and less hostile than later levels, making it ideal for learning navigation patterns. Pay attention to the yellow-painted rooms—these mark safe passages and guide you toward exits.

Finding Your Way Through

1. Follow the yellow markers painted on walls and floors. They indicate the intended path forward.

2. Explore systematically by checking each room thoroughly before moving on. Exits are often hidden or require you to look carefully at all walls.

3. Note landmarks as you progress—remember distinctive room features to avoid backtracking.

4. Listen for audio cues that may indicate nearby exits or danger zones.

5. Don't rush through Level 0. Use this time to understand how the map signals safe routes versus dead ends.
