Enhance or Reduce the Wide-Angle Lens Distortion

Locate Lens Distortion Settings

Open the shader configuration menu and find the wide-angle lens or fish-eye distortion control. This setting bends straight lines near the edges of your screen to create that characteristic action camera look.

Understand the Effect

High distortion values create more dramatic edge bending, making your field of view feel wider and more immersive. Low values keep lines straighter and closer to normal Minecraft perspective, though you'll still have the drone camera aesthetic.

Adjust for Comfort

If edge distortion causes discomfort or makes navigation difficult, reduce the value. If you want a more extreme wide-angle drone footage appearance, increase it. The distortion is most visible when looking at structures with straight edges like buildings or cliffs.

Find Your Balance

Fly around and test in different environments. Some players prefer subtle distortion for long sessions, while others enjoy the exaggerated wide-angle effect. Adjust until the world feels right for your playstyle.
