When the resource pack is active, Thaumon items display their Brazilian Portuguese names in your inventory, crafting menu, and tooltips. This guide helps you recognize what each translated item does.

Hover over any Thaumon item in your inventory to see its translated name and description. The tooltip will explain its purpose — whether it's a tool, crafting component, or magical focus. Pay attention to the description text, as it often clarifies the item's function more than the name alone.

Cross-Reference with English Names

If you need to look up a recipe or mechanic online but only know the Portuguese name, try:

1. Take a screenshot of the item's tooltip

2. Search for the English equivalent on the main Thaumon wiki or mod documentation

3. Use the item's appearance and tooltip description to match it with English guides

Many Thaumon items have names that translate logically (tools remain tools, crystals remain crystals), so the Portuguese name often hints at the English equivalent. Crafting recipes and mechanics remain identical regardless of language — only the text changes.
