Enable Brazilian Portuguese Text in Thaumon
Set Your Minecraft Language
The Thaumon PT BR Translation Resource Pack only displays translated text when your Minecraft client is set to Brazilian Portuguese. Without this step, you'll continue to see English item and block names.
1. Open Minecraft and go to Options (or Configurações if already in PT-BR)
2. Select Language (or Idioma)
3. Scroll down and find Português (Brasil) in the list
4. Click it to apply
5. Return to the main menu — the interface should now display in Portuguese
Verify the Translation is Active
Once you load a world with the Thaumon mod installed, open your inventory and look at any Thaumon items or blocks. Their names should now appear in Brazilian Portuguese instead of English. If you still see English text, check that:
- The resource pack is enabled in your world settings
- Your language setting remained on PT-BR after closing the menu
- You are using the correct version of the resource pack for your Thaumon mod version
The translation applies automatically to all menus, tooltips, and item descriptions once these conditions are met.
