Preparing for and Surviving Hardmode

Triggering Hardmode

Hardmode is a major difficulty spike in Terraria Items Plugin. It activates automatically after you defeat the Ender Dragon in the End dimension. Once triggered, the world becomes significantly more dangerous with tougher enemies and new challenges.

Before fighting the dragon, make sure you've collected strong weapons and armor from the mod's arsenal. Stock up on healing items and consider equipping accessories that boost your defense or damage output.

What to Expect in Hardmode

After the dragon falls, new mobs will spawn that are much harder than pre-hardmode enemies. You'll also unlock access to new materials and crafting recipes at the custom crafting station. These materials are essential for creating endgame gear.

If your server admin needs to toggle hardmode on or off for any reason, they can use /ti toggle_hardmode. As a player, focus on farming the new enemies for drops and working toward the mod's three unique boss fights. These bosses reward rare materials and powerful weapons that define late-game progression.
