How Profession Outfits Work
Each villager profession receives a unique outfit that matches vanilla Minecraft's style while adding significantly more visual variety. A librarian looks different from a farmer, and a cleric has distinct clothing from a cartographer. The resource pack updates every vanilla profession with these custom designs.
Finding Different Professions
1. Visit different job sites in your world (lectern, composter, brewing stand, etc.)
2. Locate or breed villagers near these blocks to assign them professions
3. Observe how their clothing, colors, and accessories change based on their job
4. Notice how profession outfits combine with biome-specific styling
What to Expect
Each profession has:
- Unique clothing and accessories matching their role
- Randomized skin tones and hairstyles within that profession
- Biome-appropriate color variations (desert librarians look different from swamp librarians)
- Special designs for baby villagers that match their profession
The more professions you encounter across different biomes, the more outfit variety you'll see. No configuration is needed—professions are detected automatically.
