Enable Support for Modded Villager Professions

Working with Custom Mod Villagers

Terran Villagers includes built-in support for popular mods that add new villager types or professions. If you have mods like Guard Villagers or Chefs Delight installed, their custom villagers will automatically receive the player-like model treatment.

What You Need to Do

1. Install the required dependency mods: Entity Model Features and Entity Texture Features

2. Install Terran Villagers on top of these

3. Add any modded villager mods you want (Guard Villagers, Chefs Delight, etc.)

4. Launch your game

The resource pack will automatically detect and style custom villagers from supported mods. No additional setup is needed.

Troubleshooting

If modded villagers still appear vanilla:

  • Verify Entity Model Features and Entity Texture Features are both installed and enabled
  • Check that your mod loader order is correct
  • Ensure the resource pack is active in your resource pack list

Not all custom villager mods are supported—check the pack's compatibility list for confirmed additions.
