Count Clone and Follower Kills Toward Quest Progress

How Summon Kills Register

Tensura Compat patches a compatibility issue where monsters killed by your clones, followers, or summoned creatures wouldn't count toward FTB Quests. Now all kills made by your summons are credited to you automatically.

Using Summons for Quest Completion

1. Summon clones or followers using Tensura abilities

2. Send them to fight monsters

3. Each kill they make counts toward your active quest progress

4. Check your quest log — kill counters increment as your summons defeat enemies

Benefits for Grinding

This allows you to farm quest progress more efficiently by deploying multiple summons simultaneously. You can focus on other tasks while your clones work toward objectives. Particularly useful for high-count monster-slaying quests.

Important Details

Only monster kills count — summon-on-summon combat doesn't register. Kills must occur in areas where the Tensura mod is active. If a quest specifies a particular mob type, only kills of that type count, even if your summons defeat others.
