Using Your Technoblade Totem in Combat

Equipping for Protection

Place your Technoblade Totem in your offhand slot (the second hand). This is where totems must be held to activate their protection effect.

1. Open your inventory

2. Click the totem and place it in the offhand slot (right side of your armor)

3. Close your inventory

The pig king will now be visible in your offhand while you explore and fight.

When It Activates

The totem triggers automatically when you take fatal damage—you don't need to do anything. The moment your health would drop to zero, the totem:

• Saves your life
• Applies temporary protection effects
• Is consumed (disappears from your offhand)

Keeping One Handy

Since totems are single-use, carry multiple copies in your inventory during dangerous activities like fighting bosses, exploring the Nether, or raiding end cities. The visual appearance doesn't affect function—it's purely cosmetic.
