Adjust chat bubble size and appearance

Open the configuration file

Access the Talk Balloons Mod settings through your mod menu or config folder. You'll find options for customizing how bubbles look and behave.

Modify width and scaling

The mod allows you to adjust:

• Bubble width — control how wide the balloon stretches for longer messages
• Text scaling — make text larger or smaller within the bubble
• Background opacity — change how transparent or solid the bubble appears

Customize colors

You can typically modify the bubble's background color and text color to match your preference or server theme. Some configurations support per-player color customization.

Save and reload

Apply your changes and reload the mod or restart your game. Your new bubble appearance will take effect immediately for all subsequent chat messages.
