Unload and Reorganize Mixed Magazines Without Losing Ammunition

Access the Unload Feature

Open your weapon's modification screen. Look for the unload button—it's clearly marked in the interface. Clicking it ejects all bullets from your magazine back into your inventory.

Retrieve Your Bullets

All ammunition returns to your inventory sorted by type. You won't lose any rounds, even if your inventory seems full—the mod handles this automatically. Check your inventory to confirm all bullets are accounted for.

Reorganize Your Magazine

Now that bullets are loose in your inventory, you can rearrange them. Hover over each bullet to review stats and plan a better sequence. Load them back into the magazine in your new preferred order.

Why Unload?

Unload when you want to switch tactics mid-adventure without crafting new ammunition. Unload if you picked up mixed magazines from loot and want to sort them by performance. Unload to recover bullets from a weapon you're retiring. The unload button makes experimentation risk-free—you always get your materials back.
