Troubleshoot Missing or Low Ammo Drops

Verify You're Holding a Valid Gun

Ammo only drops when you defeat mobs with a TaCZ gun equipped. Check that your held weapon is actually a gun from the mod, not a vanilla tool or sword. If nothing drops, switch to a different gun to test.

Check Your Config Settings

Open the TaCZ Bullets Back config file in your game folder. Look for drop rate or chance values. If they're set to zero or very low percentages, increase them. Ensure the config has been saved and your game reloaded after changes.

Confirm Mod is Loaded

Open your mods menu in-game and verify that both TaCZ (the main mod) and TaCZ Bullets Back are listed and enabled. If either is missing or disabled, reinstall or re-enable them.

Test with Different Mobs

Some mobs may have different drop mechanics. Try defeating various mob types—pigs, cows, zombies—to see if drops vary. If one mob type works but others don't, the issue may be specific to certain mobs rather than the mod itself.
