Improve Your Flick Shot Accuracy

Set Up Flick Drills

Flick shots require quick, precise aiming without relying on tracking. Position yourself at the shooting line and identify multiple target points across the range—spread them out horizontally and vertically.

Practice the Flick Motion

Start by looking away from your first target. Then quickly flick your aim to the target and fire a single shot as fast as you can. The goal is to land the shot on your first attempt without adjusting. Repeat this with different targets in random order to prevent muscle memory from taking over.

Increase Difficulty

Once you're consistently landing flicks, reduce the time between flicks or increase the distance between targets. You can also practice flicking while moving—strafe in one direction, then flick and shoot at a target before continuing your movement.

Track Your Progress

Note which weapons feel best for flick shots. Typically, weapons with lower recoil and faster handling are easier to flick with. Use the range to identify your preferred flick weapon before taking it into actual gameplay.

Focus on consistency over speed—accurate flicks matter more than fast ones.
