Troubleshooting Weapon Models Not Appearing

Verify Pack Activation and Compatibility

If you've installed the pack but weapon models appear as default Minecraft items:

1. Open your resource pack settings and confirm the pack is in the Active list (not just available)

2. Move it to the top of the active list—packs higher up override lower ones

3. Close and reopen your world to reload textures

4. Check that you're holding a weapon the pack supports (claymores, great hammers, maces, wands, staves, specialty items)

Check Version Compatibility

This pack supports Minecraft versions 1.12 through 26.2-snapshot-8. If you're running outside this range, models won't load. Verify your launcher is set to a compatible version.

Inspect Specific Items

If most weapons work but one type doesn't, that item may not have a custom model in this pack. The pack includes 716 models covering hundreds of weapons, but not every possible item is included. Standard pickaxes, shovels, and hoes may retain default appearance—only combat-focused and magic items receive full 3D redesigns.
