Finding the Experience Bar Texture

The Sweet Sweet HUD transforms the experience bar into a flowing pastel rainbow. This texture is located in assets/minecraft/textures/gui/ and controls the gradient colors.

Editing the Rainbow Gradient

1. Extract the resource pack to access its files

2. Locate the experience bar texture in the gui folder

3. Open it in an image editor with gradient support

4. Modify the color stops along the rainbow to use different pastel shades

5. Maintain a smooth gradient transition between colors for a flowing appearance

6. Save as PNG and repackage the resource pack

Color Harmony

The original pack uses soft pastels that complement the pink hearts and purple stars. When customizing, consider using analogous colors (colors next to each other on the color wheel) for a cohesive look. Test your changes by gaining experience in-game—break blocks, defeat mobs, or smelt items to see the bar fill and display your new gradient. Avoid harsh or neon colors that clash with the pack's calm aesthetic.
