Locating the Health Bar Texture

The Sweet Sweet HUD Resource Pack stores its textures in the assets/minecraft/textures/gui/ folder. The health bar (cherry petal hearts) can be found in the hearts texture file.

Editing the Hearts

1. Extract the resource pack to access its files

2. Navigate to assets/minecraft/textures/gui/ and locate the hearts texture file

3. Open it in an image editor (Photoshop, GIMP, or Paint.NET)

4. Modify the pink pastel color to your preferred shade while maintaining the cherry petal design

5. Save the file in PNG format without changing the filename

6. Repackage the resource pack and reload it in-game

Testing Your Changes

Take damage in creative mode or survival to see your new health bar color in action. If the color doesn't appear, verify the file path is correct and that you're editing the right texture layer. The pack's soft aesthetic works best with pastel tones, so avoid harsh or overly bright colors that might clash with the overall design.
