Obtaining the Compass

The Outpost Compass is a navigation tool that points directly to Pillager Outposts.

Steps:

1. Find a Pillager patrol in the Overworld (they spawn in groups)

2. Identify and defeat the patrol leader—they wear distinctive armor

3. Collect the Outpost Compass they drop

Using the Compass

Once you have the compass:

1. Hold it in your hand or keep it in your hotbar

2. The compass needle will point toward the nearest Pillager Outpost

3. Follow the direction it indicates

4. Travel toward the outpost, checking the compass periodically

Strategic Tips

• Patrol leaders spawn regularly, so you can obtain multiple compasses
• Use the compass to plan raids or gather resources from outposts
• Outposts contain valuable loot—prepare armor and weapons before approaching
• The compass works best in open terrain where you can see the needle clearly
