Adjust Godray Visibility and Performance

Performance Optimization

If you experience frame rate drops with Sunbathing Godrays active:

• Lower your Render Distance incrementally until performance improves
• Reduce Particles setting (though this will make rays less visible)
• Disable other visual resource packs that modify sky or lighting
• Close unnecessary background applications

Customizing the Effect

Sunbathing Godrays uses Polytone's configuration system. Check if your Polytone installation has a config file where you can adjust:

• Ray intensity or brightness
• How far rays extend across the sky
• Whether rays appear during specific times (sunrise, noon, sunset, night)

Refer to Polytone's documentation for exact config options, as Sunbathing Godrays inherits its customization through Polytone.

Compatibility Notes

This pack works alongside most resource packs. However, packs that heavily modify sky textures or clouds may conflict. Test by temporarily disabling other packs to isolate issues.
