Why Your Sun or Moon Isn't Showing

If the sun appears washed out or the moon is barely visible, several settings may be interfering with the resource pack's visuals.

Common Issues and Fixes

Dim or invisible moon at night:

• Check that Brightness isn't set to Moody (use default or higher)
• Verify you're looking at the correct time (night is roughly 12500-23500 ticks)
• Ensure Clouds are enabled in video settings
• Disable other resource packs that might override sky textures

Washed out sun during day:

• Lower Brightness slightly if it's maxed out
• Ensure no conflicting resource packs are active
• Check that Graphics is set to Fancy, not Fast

Verification Steps

1. Confirm this is the only sky-related resource pack active

2. Test in a new world to rule out world-specific issues

3. Verify your Minecraft version is supported

4. Check that the resource pack is actually enabled (should appear in active list)

If the pack still doesn't display correctly after these steps, try disabling other mods or resource packs that modify the sky or weather systems.
