Explore Deep Water Sections Safely
Craft Breathing Equipment
While the Poolrooms use vanilla Minecraft, you can use doors, trapdoors, or signs to create temporary air pockets underwater. Place these blocks against walls or ceilings to trap air bubbles. This lets you pause mid-swim to catch your breath without surfacing.
Use Boats Strategically
Boats float on water and let you travel across large pools without swimming. They're faster and preserve your hunger bar. However, boats can't navigate tight underwater tunnels, so use them only in open chambers.
Build Underwater Pathways
Place solid blocks (like dirt or sand) along the pool floor to create a walkable route. This lets you move through deep water without swimming and gives you guaranteed air access. Remove blocks behind you as you go to avoid cluttering the space.
Bring Healing Items
Deep exploration drains your hunger bar quickly. Pack cooked food, bread, or other high-nutrition items. Drowning damage is real, so always have extra food to recover health if you take water damage.
