Separate a Hopper Minecart into Components

Basic Separation

Hopper minecarts are useful for automated item collection, but sometimes you need the hopper and minecart as separate items again. This mod makes that easy.

Steps:

1. Obtain your hopper minecart from wherever it's stored or placed

2. Open your crafting grid (2×2 or 3×3 crafting table)

3. Place the hopper minecart anywhere in the grid

4. Collect the results: you'll receive a regular minecart and a hopper block

What You Get Back

When you separate a hopper minecart, you recover both components at full quality. There's no loss of materials or durability. This means you can freely recombine them later if needed, or use each component for a different purpose.

This works the same way for all combination minecarts—just place and craft to separate.
