Separate a Combination Boat into Its Parts

Boats can be combined with various blocks just like minecarts. If you've created a chest boat, furnace boat, or any other combination boat and now need to separate them, the process is straightforward.

Steps:

1. Gather your combination boat

2. Place it in a crafting grid

3. Retrieve both the boat and the block that was attached to it

Recombining Later

Since separation returns both components intact, you can recombine them whenever you want. This flexibility lets you adapt your boats to different tasks—use the chest elsewhere when you need it, then reunite them for transport later.
