Lead an Iron Golem or Boss Mob Safely

Attach the Lead

While most mobs can be leashed in vanilla Minecraft, the Strong Leads mod ensures that even when pulling heavy or powerful mobs like iron golems, the lead will never break. Attach a lead to your target mob using the standard lead item.

Move at Any Speed

Unlike vanilla leads that snap under stress, this mod allows you to pull iron golems and similar mobs at full sprint or even while flying. The mob will be dragged toward you regardless of speed or distance.

Practical Applications

• Relocate iron golems from villages to your base for protection
• Move boss-like mobs without worrying about lead failure
• Transport multiple heavy mobs together for a mobile defense system
• Bring golems through dangerous terrain without losing them

Safety Note

While the lead won't break, be mindful of the mob's path. Iron golems can still take fall damage or drown, so guide them through safe routes when possible. The unbreakable lead simply ensures they stay attached—it doesn't protect them from environmental hazards.
