Use the Mod in Single Player Mode

Client-Side Installation

While designed for servers, Stop Villager Trades Mod can also be used in single player worlds. Install it on your client to disable villager trading in your personal game.

1. Place the mod JAR file in your client's mods folder (located in your .minecraft directory)

2. Launch Minecraft with your mod loader

3. Load or create a world

Testing Your Setup

Verify the mod is active:

1. Find any villager in your world

2. Attempt to right-click on it

3. The trading GUI should not appear

4. The villager will ignore your interaction

This is useful for players who want to practice survival without relying on villager trades, or for testing server configurations locally before deployment.
