Troubleshoot Villager Trading Still Working

Common Issues

Trading GUI still appears when right-clicking villagers:

1. Confirm the mod JAR file is in the correct mods folder

2. Verify your server or client has fully restarted after installation

3. Check that you're using a compatible mod loader version

4. Ensure no conflicting mods are overriding the trading behavior

Checking for Conflicts

If trading persists despite correct installation:

• Disable other mods one at a time to identify conflicts
• Some mods that modify villager behavior may interfere
• Check server logs for any error messages related to mod loading

Reinstallation

If issues continue:

1. Remove the mod JAR from the mods folder

2. Restart your server or client completely

3. Reinstall the mod JAR
