How Stony Cliffs Are Cool changes terrain

What the mod does

Stony Cliffs Are Cool targets one specific visual problem: steep hillsides in Minecraft are made of dirt, so a sharp slope shows a bare brown wall with a thin grass cap instead of exposed rock.

During world generation, the mod scans for dirt blocks that are exposed on a steep face and that already have stone behind or above them. Those exposed dirt blocks are replaced with stone. Nothing else is changed.

What stays the same

The terrain shape is untouched. Flat ground, the grass layer on top, and the overall silhouette of hills and ridges generate exactly as vanilla would produce them. The mod does not add new blocks, items, or recipes, and it does not alter biomes or ore placement.

Where you will notice it

The effect shows up on ridges, terraces, and cut-away slopes, where the exposed face now reads as natural rock rather than a dirt wall. Because the change is conservative, most terrain looks unchanged; only slopes steep enough to expose dirt over stone are affected.
