Status Effect Timer Mod Guide

Reading the timers on your status effect icons

The Status Effect Timer Mod places the remaining duration of each status effect directly onto its icon in your HUD, so you can check when an effect will end without opening your inventory or menu.

The timer format adapts to how long is left. Short effects show seconds, effects lasting over a minute switch to minutes (m), and effects lasting over an hour use hours (h). The effect's level is also shown on the icon, such as "Haste II". Effects that never expire are marked with the infinity symbol (∞) in supported versions.

If the timers overlap or look cluttered, check for conflicting mods. GUI mods with a fluid status effects option can interfere, and durability viewers with their own timer overlay may draw on top of the icons. Disabling those overlapping overlays keeps the timers readable.
