Using the Starter Structure Mod
How It Works
The Starter Structure Mod places a pre-built structure at the spawn point when a new world is first generated. It does this by looking in the config folder for schematic files, picking one, and placing it at spawn.
Supported Schematic Formats
Two formats are supported:
- Structure Block Schematics (SBS) —
.nbtfiles. These contain entity data, so saved entities spawn directly with the structure. - WorldEdit Schematics (WES) —
.schemor.schematicfiles. These do not save entities. Instead, place signs in the schematic to mark where entities should spawn.
Custom NBT data is supported for both formats.
WorldEdit Is Optional
WorldEdit does not need to be installed for the mod to work. You only use it to generate the schematic file, after which you can remove it.
