How to Read a Deobfuscated Crash Report with StackDeobfuscator
Find the Crash Report
When Minecraft crashes with StackDeobfuscator installed, the crash report is written to the crash-reports folder inside your game directory. Open the newest .txt file there. You can also read the same output live in the launcher console if you launched with the console visible.
Read the Stack Trace Top-Down
Start at the top of the stack trace, not the bottom. The first lines list the exception type and message, then the call chain. With StackDeobfuscator active, class names appear in readable form such as net.minecraft.client.MinecraftClient instead of net.minecraft.class_310. Look for the first line that mentions a mod you recognize — that is usually where the problem originates.
Identify the Mod and Cause
Scan for package names that do not start with net.minecraft. Those belong to mods, and the mod whose package appears highest in the trace is the prime suspect. Note the method name in that frame; it often hints at what the mod was doing (rendering, ticking, loading a config).
Share It Correctly
When reporting the crash, paste the full deobfuscated stack trace, not just the first line. Because names are already mapped, mod authors can read it without running a separate remapping tool, which speeds up support.
